Hot Cocoa Milkshake Slushi
TIP: For your ideal texture, use the Temperature Control setting to adjust.
TIP: For best results, chill liquid before adding to the unit.
TIP: When using the Milkshake or Frappé preset, dispense contents within 30 minutes of the preset ending to avoid a foamy output.
Ingredients
2-3 servings
- ⅔ cup hot cocoa powder
- 2⅔ cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
4-6 servings
- 1¼ cups hot cocoa powder
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
6-8 servings
- 1⅔ cups hot cocoa powder
- 6⅔ cups whole milk
- 1⅓ cups heavy cream
Toppings (optional)
- whipped cream
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined.
Step 2
Pour mixture into the vessel.
Step 3
Select MILKSHAKE. Preset will start at the default/optimal temperature for ideal texture. If desired, adjust temperature.
Step 4
Once frozen drink reaches optimal temperature, unit will beep three times. Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce as desired.
